Meet the Real World: Debt Consolidation cast!

The seven people below were chosen from over a dozen applicants to participate in this new edition of the popular MTV reality series. Their diverse backgrounds, knowledge of debt consolidation and credit counseling techniques will be pushed to the limit, as will their ability to hook up and party all night long. Here are brief bios for this cast...

Brian, 22. This is a guy whose commitment to debt consolidation has shined through for years. As the economics club president in high school in Minnesota, he counseled fellow students and teachers alike in regards to their financial problems. Now he hopes to leave his mark and elevate his skills as an integral cast member on RW:DC.

Allison, 19. Her family spent over 10 years in debt before Allison (or "Alli" for short) helped them rise above the adversity through simple but profound financial planning. Budgeting their expenses, cutting down spending, checking their credit reports -- all these methods helped immensely as her parents are now living debt free for the first time since the mid '90s.

Tommy, 23. Tommy lives by the following quote: "Live for debt consolidation. Go big or go home." He made it up, but he still uses it as inspiration every day. Often abrasive but passionate nonetheless, Tommy may butt heads with co-workers and peers, but he is always committed to the end result of reducing consumers' bills by 33 percent or more.

Jen, 21. Often called a ditz or a dumb blonde, Jen is anything but blonde. She dyes it and is not afraid to admit it. Her interests are shopping, partying, guys, debt consolidation, fashion and reading US Weekly.

Felisha, 20. This bombastic and loquacious female from the Austin, Texas, area has always worn her emotions on her sleeve. It has been part of what makes her such a brilliant young mind. She has interned at several large financial firms in their top credit counseling departments, and has assisted dozens of accounts as well as handled a number personally without supervision. She promises to inject the RW:DC with life, and perhaps more than that, as she is an unabashed fan of doing drugs.

Frank, 18. Token homosexual. Hails from outside Miami, Florida.

Tamiqua, 22. Token African-American character. Senior at Princeton.
